In November of
1996, Ginger R. Weeks was managing the Bee Line
Printing and Copying location at 815 Chestnut
Street, when the Owner, Chris Murphy, decided to
retire. After negotiations, an agreement was
reached, the papers were signed, and Aladdin
Printing & Copying, Inc. was born. Since that
time a number of things have been accomplished. The
loan was paid off one year early, square footage in
the store has tripled, staff has doubled and sales
have increased by 76% percent. Not bad for a single
mother with two daughters.
The increase in
sales has allowed Aladdin to continue to acquire
state of the art equipment while consistently
showing profitability. Late in 2005, Aladdin joined
the elite ranks of printing shops using color
digital copiers compatible with all computers and
storage devices.
Our philosophy is
simple in relation to our employees -- hire the
best, and take care of them. With over 200
years of combined experience, our employees at
Aladdin include an energetic sales force, a
wonderful creative art department, and an
outstanding customer service and production team.
Aladdin's leadership and teamwork has made them
Chattanooga's premier printing service.
OUR MANAGEMENT
TEAM

In 1983, Ginger
Weeks began her printing career as a customer
representative with Crescent Printing. After 10
years, she used her expertise in sales, working with
Starkey Printing, one of Chattanooga's oldest and
most respected firms, before striking out on her own
starting Aladdin Printing and Copying, Inc. in 1996.
With 13 years of
experience, Cindy Mathis is Aladdin's Customer
Service Leader. She began in bindery - bottom rung
on the ladder - and has worked her way up to being
Ginger's right hand. There is no situation or
question too difficult for her to handle.
Recently, Ms.
Weeks, along with Mr. Joe Decosimo and Mr. Joe
Prebul, received a commendation from the Hamilton
County Board of Commissioners for her sponsorship of
and work with General Sessions Court Judge Bob
Moon's "CJ Project," benefiting area youth. |
