In November of 1996, Ginger R. Weeks was managing the Bee Line Printing and Copying location at 815 Chestnut Street, when the Owner, Chris Murphy, decided to retire. After negotiations, an agreement was reached, the papers were signed, and Aladdin Printing & Copying, Inc. was born.
Our philosophy is simple in relation to our employees — hire the best, and take care of them. With over 100 years of combined experience, our employees at Aladdin include an energetic sales force, a wonderful creative art department, and an outstanding customer service and production team. Aladdin’s leadership and teamwork have made them Chattanooga’s premier printing service.
In 1983, Ginger Weeks began her printing career as a customer representative with Crescent Printing. After 10 years at Crescent she began working with Starkey Printing, one of Chattanooga’s oldest and most respected firms. Ginger worked at Starkey, using her sales expertise, before striking out on her own and starting Aladdin Printing & Copying, Inc. in 1996.
Aladdin Printing was built on the leadership and vision of Ginger, whose dedication shaped the heart of the company for decades. Today, Cindy Mathis carries that same commitment forward, guiding Aladdin into its next chapter while honoring the foundation it was built on.

With over 25 years of experience, Cindy serves as owner, Customer Service Leader, and Design Guru. She began in bindery and worked her way up to become Ginger’s trusted right hand. There’s no project too complex and no question too small. Cindy brings both technical expertise and a deep understanding of client needs to every order that comes through the door.

Jason Reed is a cornerstone of Aladdin’s production team. With more than 20 years of experience in the printing industry, Jason oversees the majority of finishing work and plays a critical role in ensuring every job is trimmed, folded, bound, and completed with precision. His attention to detail and deep knowledge of equipment are a huge part of what keeps Aladdin’s quality consistent from start to finish.

David Tessman manages the finances and bookkeeping that keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. In addition to handling the numbers, David also steps in on the production floor when needed, supporting the team wherever there’s work to be done.

​Jerry “Bubba” Ginn leads all sales efforts at Aladdin. He works closely with clients to understand their needs, provide accurate quotes, and ensure projects move smoothly from estimate to delivery. His relationships and responsiveness help businesses feel confident that their print projects are in good hands.

Parker Allison leads graphic design, web design, and social media while also working hands-on in production. From concept to final cut, Parker is involved in layout, cutting, and finishing, helping ensure each piece not only looks great on screen but feels right in your hands. His focus is on blending modern design with Aladdin’s long-standing reputation for craftsmanship and service.
