In November of 1996, Ginger R. Weeks was managing the Bee Line Printing and Copying location at 815 Chestnut Street, when the Owner, Chris Murphy, decided to retire. After negotiations, an agreement was reached, the papers were signed, and Aladdin Printing & Copying, Inc. was born.

Our philosophy is simple in relation to our employees — hire the best, and take care of them. With over 100 years of combined experience, our employees at Aladdin include an energetic sales force, a wonderful creative art department, and an outstanding customer service and production team. Aladdin’s leadership and teamwork have made them Chattanooga’s premier printing service.

In 1983, Ginger Weeks began her printing career as a customer representative with Crescent Printing. After 10 years at Crescent she began working with Starkey Printing, one of Chattanooga’s oldest and most respected firms. Ginger worked at Starkey, using her sales expertise, before striking out on her own and starting Aladdin Printing & Copying, Inc. in 1996.
With over 25 years of experience, Cindy Mathis is Aladdin’s Customer Service Leader and Design Guru. She began in bindery  and has worked her way up to being Ginger’s right hand. There is no situation or question too difficult for her to handle.

When you walk through the doors of Aladdin you will find Glenn Ashley there to greet you. Glenn has been with Aladdin for over 10 years and has 25 years of experience in the printing industry. Glenn can help you with everything from design ideas to choosing the paper that best fits your needs.

A job rarely is completed at Aladdin without first going through Jason Reed. Jason has over 20 years of experience in the printing industry, starting at the age of 18. His attention to detail and expertise in all levels of production is a huge part of Aladdin’s success.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Ginger R. Weeks, a true leader, visionary, and beloved member of the Chattanooga printing community. Ginger’s influence on Aladdin Printing & Copying, Inc. and the industry as a whole cannot be overstated.


Ginger’s journey in printing began in 1983, where she quickly established herself as a trusted customer representative at Crescent Printing. Her talent and dedication led her to Starkey Printing, one of Chattanooga’s most respected firms, where she honed her expertise in sales and customer service. However, Ginger’s ambition and entrepreneurial spirit drove her to take a bold step forward. In 1996, when the opportunity arose, she took the reins of Bee Line Printing and Copying, transforming it into Aladdin Printing & Copying, Inc. Through her leadership, Aladdin became a premier printing service, known for its exceptional quality, customer care, and a company culture built on teamwork and respect.


Ginger believed in hiring the best and taking care of them. Under her leadership, Aladdin thrived, not just as a business but as a family. Her commitment to excellence and her passion for people made an indelible impact on employees, customers, and colleagues alike.



Her absence will be deeply felt, but her legacy lives on in the foundation she built, the people she mentored, and the countless lives she touched. We are forever grateful for her vision, her hard work, and the warmth she brought to all who knew her.
