Parker Allison is the host/creator of Broad Street Speaks, a short-form interview series highlighting the people and businesses shaping Chattanooga. He also works in marketing and workflow at Aladdin Printing & Copying, helping bring ideas to life while keeping operations running smoothly. He grew up in North Georgia but has come to love the National Park City he now calls home. A graduate of University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (go Mocs!), Parker enjoys the outdoors, the Lookouts at Erlanger Park, and the Nashville Predators.

Ever notice how the best conversations are usually the shortest ones?

At some point, I realized most stories don’t need an hour. Broad Street Speaks is built on that idea. Three minutes. One voice. A quick look into the people building Chattanooga. I didn’t start this to be a “host.” I started it because I kept meeting business owners, creatives, and leaders with stories that deserved to be heard, but didn’t always have the time or platform to share them. Looking back, it makes sense. I’ve always been around work that’s hands-on. The kind where you figure things out as you go, where every day looks a little different, and where the real story is usually behind the scenes. That perspective stuck with me. Today, through my work at Aladdin Printing & Copying and everything else I’m involved in, I get to see how many incredible stories are happening right here on our streets. This just gives them a voice...brief...but real. Because sometimes, three minutes is all it takes to see something differently.
